Audio and Videoconferencing in Toronto, Canada

Hi Bryandean,

Thank you for commenting on my last post. Firstly, I suggest you come in for a tour of The Rostie Group’s meeting rooms in Toronto or Mississauga. I will be more than happy to show you around. Our meeting rooms in Toronto and Mississauga are fully equipped to perform tele/audio, web, or video conferencing. We have an in-house IT staff that can answer any technical questions you may have. We specialize in multipoint conferences and will set up everything in Toronto and at the other ends of the conversation. Now, instead of several people all having to meet in a single location that (for the sake of fairness) always ends up being inconvenient to everyone involved, everyone can meet at separate conferencing facilities, whichever location is most convenient for the individual.

Regardless of the size of your business and the proximity of your clients, tools such as web, audio, or video conferencing can improve your company’s internal and external communication while decreasing your expenses. If you are having trouble getting your client in to meet your staff, or if meeting your clients on location is too time consuming yet you worry about the casualness of a phone call, consider audio, web, or videoconferencing. We will do all of the work for you. Videoconferencing is especially useful when hiring candidates. You can interview potential employees from all over the world without the expense of flying them in.

I hope this answers all of your audioconferencing questions. If not, let me know. Again, I invite you to visit me for a tour of the Rostie Group’s meeting rooms in Toronto or Mississauga. We are located at 20 Bay Street, 11th floor in Toronto, Canada and we are also at 2810 Matheson Boulevard East, 2nd Floor in Mississauga, Ontario, adjacent to Pearson International Airport.

My new job: Office Business Centre in Toronto, Canada

Recently I accepted a marketing position at The Rostie Group, an office business centre in Toronto. In preparation for my first day at work I surfed the net for any information I could find about my new company, their competitors and their intended market. Armed with what I deemed a decent amount of knowledge about my new 9 to 6 environment, I arrived at work feeling confident and comfortable. These warm happy feelings lasted approximately 3 ½ hours, until I met my mother for lunch. After ordering and finding a table in Piazza Manna my mother asked me a simple question. “So, quickly now, what’s an office business centre?” I felt put on the spot. How on earth could I explain the concept of an office business centre in one or two sentences? And how could I adequately market this company if I could not explain the service they provide in a timely manner? I returned from lunch with a new agenda. I began wandering the halls of the centre and harassing my new coworkers. “When someone asks you what an office business centre is, what do you tell them?”

I was surprised to find that a lot of the employees also had trouble explaining the concept of a business centre. Most offered drawn out explanations and some people were visibly uncomfortable answering the question. There was one answer I received, however that was quick and succinct, if somewhat boring. “The Rostie Group”, one of my coworkers answered “rents out office space and meeting rooms in Toronto and Mississaga.” This explanation is technically accurate and very to the point yet it still does not appeal to me. It simply does not delve into what it is that makes office business centres in general, and The Rostie Group’s office business centres in Toronto and Mississauga in particular, unique. At least, though, I had found something to build on.

I sat at my computer and typed, “The Rostie Group rents out office space and meeting rooms in Toronto and Mississauga.” After considering the sentence for a few moments I elaborated. “The Rostie Group rents out fully furnished and serviced office space and meeting rooms in Toronto and Mississauga by the hour, week, or month.” I was satisfied with this explanation because it is encompassing enough to explain the prominent aspects of The Rostie Group and is a good sentence to open a conversation to those who would like to learn more about an office business centre in Toronto or Mississauga. And in the last few months I have found several people, many of whom have offices right here at 10 and 20 Bay Street, who could really benefit from learning more about our office business centre. In fact, after meeting more and more people who work right here in one of the towers, it distresses me to find how many have no clue what an office business centre is, or, if they do know, they do not know that one is accessible to them right in their building.

So I am going to use this article to elaborate on the basics of what an office business centre is and how it can benefit you. The Rostie Group will set up a meeting for you within moments or have a turnkey office available to you including phone hookup within two hours. We will answer the phone in your company name and perform all administrative functions that your company requires. Or you can perform the administrative tasks on your own using our equipment. If you need colour photocopying, binding, web hosting, or even accounting services performed, you can contact the Rostie Group. If your company is expanding and needs a temporary office or if you have overbooked your meeting room facilities, you can use ours, even on a moments notice. We are located at 20 Bay Street on the 11th and 12th floor. Stop by for a tour or take a virtual tour on our website at www.rostiegroup.com.
